4. Pricing & Cost Changes
After finalization of the tour or service cost, if there is any increase in monument entrance fees, government taxes, fuel prices, guide charges or any other government levies, the same will be charged as additional cost to the client.

Royal Rajasthan Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, guides and other service providers. All tickets, bookings and services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

6. Itinerary Changes
All itineraries are sample itineraries intended to provide a general idea of the travel schedule. Changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, operational issues or participant requirements. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety and comfort.

7. Hotel & Airline Policies
Tour rates are based on prevailing rates negotiated with hotels and airlines. These providers may change their rates without notice. All hotel bookings are subject to standard check-in and check-out policies unless otherwise mentioned.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Royal Rajasthan Travels shall not be responsible for delays, changes or expenses caused by natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, political closures or other unforeseen events.

9. Liability Limitations
Royal Rajasthan Travels shall not be responsible for loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, accidents, mechanical failures, wars, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics or government regulations beyond our control.

10. Travel Insurance
Royal Rajasthan Travels does not provide travel insurance. Travelers are strongly advised to arrange adequate travel insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal belongings are at the traveler’s own risk.

11. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
